Battery Diagnosis, Triage & Processing
We support clients by identifying the root cause of battery faults through detailed diagnostics and technical assessment. Our teams evaluate battery condition, performance and safety to determine the most appropriate next step.
Following assessment, batteries are triaged for reuse, repair or end-of-life processing. This ensures assets are managed efficiently, reducing unnecessary disposal while maintaining safety and compliance.
For batteries that have reached end-of-life or are no longer viable, we provide a clear and compliant route into dismantling and recycling. Through Cellcycle, materials are processed responsibly, supporting the recovery of critical resources and a circular approach to battery management.
Critical Mineral Recovery & Advanced Recycling
Through our collaboration with Cellcycle, we go beyond conventional recycling by enabling the recovery of critical minerals from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries.
Using advanced processes, including the development of our LithiumCycle™ technology, we are working towards more efficient and sustainable material recovery.
Our approach focuses on extracting valuable materials such as lithium, nickel and cobalt, reducing reliance on overseas refining and supporting the development of a domestic battery recycling infrastructure within the UK.
By recovering and reintroducing these materials back into the supply chain, we help support a circular battery economy while reducing environmental impact and strengthening long-term resource security.
